Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-09-30 · Operator: ReadMark · Contact: cycmaking@gmail.com
1. The Service
ReadMark is a Chrome extension that adds a transparent image and tracking links to emails you send from Gmail to tell you whether they were opened or clicked. Results may be inaccurate because of image blocking or mail-app privacy features (e.g. Apple Mail), and opens are not guaranteed.
2. Your obligations
- Do not use the Service for spam, phishing, harassment or any unlawful purpose.
- You must comply with the laws that apply to you (anti-spam, ePrivacy/electronic-communications and data-protection laws) and are responsible for informing recipients or obtaining consent where required.
- Do not reverse-engineer, overload or circumvent the Service.
3. Plans and payments
- The Free plan is free; Pro plans (monthly, annual, lifetime) are paid. Prices are shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; Creem’s terms also apply to payment, tax, receipts and refunds.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime under “Manage billing” in the dashboard; Pro stays active until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds: requests within 14 days of payment are handled under applicable law and Creem’s policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
- Features offered free during the beta may become paid after prior notice.
4. License
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal or business purposes. License keys are for your own use only.
5. Privacy
See our Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is”. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. Liability that cannot be limited by law is not affected.
7. Suspension and termination
You may uninstall and delete your data at any time. We may restrict use for violations of these Terms, and will give 30 days’ notice before shutting down the Service.
8. Changes
We will announce changes here and in the extension 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavourable to you).
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with disputes resolved by the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected.
